ModdedZone® builds all controllers by hand, and thoroughly tests each controller before the product leaves our location. Build times are based on the complexity of the design, and the assembly time option that was selected when the order was placed. Standard assembly time is 3-5 business days. Same Day Assembly service takes 24 business hours. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST begin processing the following day. If your order includes any personalized option including (but not limited to) gamertag, custom badges, etc. please allow additional 2-3 business days for processing your custom artwork.
