All ModdedZone® controllers come with a 90-day warranty that starts from the date your order is delivered to you.
Customers located in the United States will receive a pre-paid shipping label to be used to send in items for warranty evaluation and repair. The costs of warranty work and standard return shipping to our customers are also included in the coverage of the warranty.
Customers located outside of the United States are responsible for any shipping costs on items sent in for warranty evaluation/repair, but the costs of warranty work and standard return shipping are included in the coverage of the warranty.
To receive a shipping label for an in-warranty repair, please contact ModdedZone® customer service team via email support@moddedzone.com or at 1(954)289-9040 Monday-Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm EST. Please make sure to have an order number, as our agents will need to be able to locate the order associated with your ModdedZone® controller and verify its warranty status.
Once done, an agent will review your ticket and have a shipping label attached as a separate file in their next response to you.
